My Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration has equipped me with skills and knowledge in developing and implementing policies, managing staff, and financial management. Having over 13 years in the healthcare industry has exposed me to various aspects of healthcare operations, including managing clinical and administrative tasks.

With a decade of experience in finance and retail banking, coupled with seven years in business operations and management, I possess a wealth of practical knowledge in overseeing the successful administration of small to medium-sized businesses. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance, as well as an associate of science degree in Accountancy, where I obtained certification as an Accounting Technician under the UK-based ACCA. This unique combination of practical experience and academic qualifications has honed my leadership and communication abilities, enabling me to excel in my role as a creative and effective manager of the Heart Glow Services team.
